For green sand molding, we produce patterns designed to work with sands bound primarily with clay and water—a process that requires particular attention to demolding, geometric stability, and proper management of casting shrinkage.

For resin-bonded sand processes, we develop molds and patterns for productions that require greater surface precision, mechanical strength of the mold, and tolerance control—even when dealing with technically complex geometries.

We also manufacture molds for Disamatic systems—high-productivity automated systems that require high repeatability, consistent precision, and perfect compatibility with vertical molding cycles.

For shell molding processes, we produce components designed to ensure surface quality of the casting, thermal stability, and consistency in mass production, while paying particular attention to the precision of mating surfaces and functional surfaces.
