Projects Created with the Dimension 3D Printer

To improve the quality of our service, we have acquired the Stratasys DIMENSION SST 1200ES 3D printer , supported by GrabCAD software.

The models printed by the DIMENSION SST 1200ES help us verify shape, fit, and function; correct errors; and obtain a clear visualization of the product before it enters production, thereby enabling us to create multiple prototypes.

The modeling material used is ABS Plus, a production-grade thermoplastic that is mechanically strong and dimensionally stable over time, offering performance similar to that of the final product.

The printing technology is FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling): inside the 3D printer, the plastic filament travels through a tube to the print head, where it is heated to a semi-liquid state and extruded in thin, precise layers 0.25 mm (0.010 inches) or 0.33 mm (0.013 inches) for a build volume of 254 x 254 x 305 mm (10 x 10 x 12 inches).

In addition, you can choose from three different types of model infill: solid, dense lattice, or semi-hollow.
