High-Precision 3D Scanner

To meet our customers’ frequent requests for precision and the market’s demand for versatility, we have acquired the GOM 3D ATOS CORE 300 SCANNER, supported by the GOM INSPECT SUIT and GEOMAGIC WRAP software.

The ATOS CORE 300 scanner is capable of performing 3D measurements of small and medium-sized parts. Thanks to the principle of stereoscopy, the system can monitor the calibration level and provide precise and reliable measurement data.

GOM INSPECT SUIT

GOM INSPECT SUIT is divided into two parts: SCANNING and INSPECTION.

Scanning:
allows you to perform 3D scans that produce high-quality data for applications such as reverse engineering or rapid prototyping, providing 3D polygon meshes in STL format:

  • Adjustable measurement resolution of up to 5 million points per scan

  • Measurement data acquisition and project management

  • Automatic monitoring of calibration, transformation, motion, and projection for each measurement

  • 3D coordinate calculation

  • Export of scan data in STL format

  • High-accuracy quality control at every stage of the manufacturing process performed for the customer

Inspection:
Performs fully automatedanalysis and processing of meshes of various shapes and sizes:

  • Editing the Polygon Mesh

  • Polygonizing a point cloud into a polygon mesh

  • Repairing, combining, and merging mesh areas

  • Golden Mesh: Calculating an average mesh based on a series of meshes

  • Managing multiple analyses of individual components within a single shared project

  • Designing a master page for a consistent report style

  • Customizable display of the measured point, with the option to additionally display deviations using numerical annotations and a color-coded map

  • Export the report as CSV tables, PNG, PDF, or video files

GEOMAGIC WRAP

Geomagic Wrap converts 3D scan data and imported files into 3D models that are ready for immediate use:

  • Editing point clouds and quickly creating accurate polygonal models based on 3D scan data

  • Powerful remeshing tools for the rapid and precise creation of correct polygonal models from incorrect scan data

  • Polygon editing tools for filling, smoothing, and patching holes, and creating watertight models

  • Immediate use of Geomagic Wrap data for 3D printing, rapid prototyping, and manufacturing

  • File export formats include: WRP, IGES, X_T, SAT, PRC, STEP, VDA, NEU, 3ds, DXF, OOGL, IV, PLY, STL, WRL, OBJ
